It also seems that those who quickly criticize this sort of software do so only from their own view of their own techniques (which is fair, but...), not recognizing that SOME professionals who are perfectly familiar with the wonders of PS and LR (like me) appreciate the quickness for times when you must edit a LOT of images: Weddings, Real estate, etc. Point is, you don't always have 30 minutes per image. This is GOOD for getting things done a bit faster, if it's not always gallery submissions you are working on. For example, I can make it look like the sun is shining beautifully on the front of a North-facing home in the US on a dreary day - in Photoshop and Lightroom in 30 minutes, or here in 5. This is a good extra tool. To each his own.
Tried it - not impressed in the slightest. The smart area selection tool makes Photoshop's indifferent magic lasso look brilliant. The alterations are crude. Deleted the trial version after playing with it for an hour. Why also give people a crippled trial version? This does not exactly encourage them to buy. Software makers, who are confident in their product, offer their top version as the free download to encourage you to buy that.
